ASX: EMN; Frankfurt:E06) (the “Company” or “Euro Manganese”) is pleased to invite shareholders

and prospective investors to an Investor Briefing on Friday, 7 November 2025, at 10:00 am

AEDT/Sydney time (3:00 pm PST/Vancouver time Thursday, 6 November 2025).


The Investor Briefing will include a Company update from President and Chief Executive Officer,

Martina Blahova, and market update from industry expert, Andrew Zemek, followed by a live Q&A

session hosted by Jane Morgan, Australian Investor and Media Relations Manager.

Chvaletice Manganese Project in the Czech Republic, Europe’s only near-term source of high-purity
